Eyeflight is one of the first companies in Ireland to offer kite aerial photography as an alternative to regular aerial photography conducted from airplanes and helicopters. Kite aerial photography or KAP is a competitive and environmentally friendly method to photograph landscapes and objects from up to 300 m altitude - much higher than pole photography but much lower than regular aerial photography. Eyeflight can provide a closer look at objects than most other aerial photographers.
Eyeflight also provides advanced digital editing services to create the most representative image of your object as possible.
Our in-house professional archaeologist is specialised in photogrammetry and can create orthorectified images and 3D models of archaeological sites, objects and excavation trenches. Apart from kites, Eyeflight also employs a helikite or aerostat, a hybrid marrying the zero wind flying abilities of a balloon and the high wind flying abilities of a kite. This system can fly in any wind condition and it is also capable of lifting banner advertisements for any festival or sport event.
